Donations Sought for Washington Family after Fire
With Christmas only two days away, the spirit of giving has never been more important and one local town is supporting a family who lost all they had in a fire.
The Dagesse family, of Washington New Hampshire, lost their home to a fire that destroyed most of their clothing and personal belongings that were inside the house.
Larry, Michelle, and Jeff Dagesse were not home when the fire occurred and have since lodged in temporary living arrangements while they attempt to get back on their feet and repair their home, hoping one day to move back in.
The Washington Fire Auxiliary has aided the Dagesse family by starting a collection, to which any resident of the area can donate to.
The family is seeking donations of cash or gift cards to help reclaim what was lost and any money can be given to the Washington Town Hall during normal business hours or the Police Department.
More information on how to help the Dagesse Recover Fund is available on the Town of Washington’s website here.
