Lebanon Winter Parking Ban Approaching

An alert of another winter parking ban in our area: Lebanon New Hampshire has not yet engaged theirs, but it will be in effect come December 1st and will carry on to April 1st of 2016.

This winter parking ban has some intricacies compared to the previous ones we’ve told you about and you can always visit the city of Lebanon’s website for a refresher on the exact rules. The ban decrees that between midnight and 6:00 AM, no one is allowed to park on any street or sidewalk, including the Hough Square parking lot. It should be noted that the Chief of Police may suspend enforcement of the ban based on the weather conditions, provided he notify the city manager first.

Now between 1:00 AM and 6:00 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, no one is allowed to park in the lot between Hanover Street and the Mall, deemed Lot A, or in the lot off of Flynn Street behind City Hall, Lot C.

The city of Lebanon is reminding drivers to allow room for plow trucks as they operate. Again, the ban will be in effect on December 1st and will end on April 1st of next year.
