New London Building Construction Continues

Sticking with construction news now, work continues throughout New London, New Hampshire this week including a revitalization project at the old Academy Building which houses the town offices.

Crews have stripped the building of its old siding, and are set to instal new siding and windows in the coming days.

Work to both the Bandstand and Cupola in New London is also set to take place in the coming weeks, before repairs to Elkins road between the Elkins Beach and Wilmot Town Line begin. New sidewalks will also to be installed on the stretch of road, causing minor delays to motorists.

The projects are expected to last through November, though the town said all business and services will remain open throughout the duration of the projects.
