Condo Complex Proposed Near Centerra Marketplace

A busy location in Lebanon, NH could be getting even busier. This comes in the form of construction of 27 condos, although it has only been proposed at this point. The Centera marketplace on route 120 is right across from from Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and currently  hosts retail shops, offices, hotels, a restaurant and a courthouse. The proposed group of 27 condominiums would be located at 12 Morgan Drive, right across from the River Valley Club, according to the Valley News.

The proposal would construct a 40,000-square-foot, four-story building, which would include parking on the ground floor. The Hanover developers have a filing set with the Lebanon’s Planning Board’s consideration next week.
