“Yankee Chronicle” 9/30/26 presented by Duck Drop 2026

Welcome to the Yankee Chronicle. I’m your host Abby Peel. Our show is being presented by the 2026 Duck Drop at Mount Sunapee Resort in Newbury. On Sunday October 11th the fun begins at 10am. Today we’ll hear from Brett Cusick, its founder, about this year’s edition as they begin working on their second million dollars supporting the Boys and Girls Clubs in the Lake Sunapee Region. The good folks at Abbott Library in Sunapee will give us a rundown of October events happening there. We’ll get the details on the 3 days of the Warner Fall Foliage Festival. And we’ll close with Doug Daniels from Mount Sunapee Resort to hear what else is happening on Duck Drop Day. Don’t go away because you won’t want to miss this week’s edition of your Yankee Chronicle because it’s Fall and the fun continues in our back yard.
