Lebanon Police Arrest Fleeing Suspect with K9 Tracking

The Lebanon Police Department’s K9 Briggs was able to track down a suspect who fled from law enforcement officials. Lebanon Police say that earlier this week on Monday around 5 in the morning, officers observed 42-year old Jamie Judkins walking near an apartment complex in town. He was known to have had multiple arrest warrants out on him, including one from Belknap County for failing to appear on a burglary charge.

Judkins fled when he saw police officers. However, police returned to the area later that day around 8:30 PM and it was discovered that he had fled to his residence.

Officers again tried to approach him and he fled a second time, but Senior Officer Tracy and K-9 Briggs were able to track and locate Judkins in the area of Mechanic Street. He was apprehended there and was held without bail while he waits for arraignment at the Belknap Superior Court.
