Children “Read to Flip” at Andover Library
Once a month in Andover, children have a chance to read to man’s best friend. Who’s a better listener than a dog? They don’t complain, they don’t talk over you, and with their big floppy ears, they catch every single word. Dee Ganley and her dog Flip travel to the Andover Library once a month so that children can schedule to “read to Flip”, where they read a book or two to the furry friend.
We caught up with Dee and asked her to reflect on the fun service she provides voluntarily.
Dee and Flip can also be found at the Salisbury Library and will be coming soon to the Tracy Library in New London.
