A groundbreaking ceremony is being held this coming Monday at Alice Peck Day Hospital. The ceremony will mark the opening of a new Multi-Specialty Clinic which is designed to provide a “one-stop” destination for patients that require outpatient services from their healthcare providers.
A press release from the hospital states that the building will be two floors tall and will be 44,000 square feet. Most of the outpatient departments at APD will be housed under this new roof, including primary & family care, general surgery, pediatrics, and women’s care, to name a few.
Speaking at the ceremony will be President and CEO Sue Mooney as well as Chief Operating Officer Todd Miller. The event is slated to last for around half an hour and trustees, friends, APD, staff, and the public are all invited to attend.
If you’re interested in going, it’s being held at 12:15 PM at the APD Campus.
