Welcome to the Yankee Chronicle. Our show this week is presented by The Lake Sunapee Region VNA and Hospice where they partner with physicians and other providers, hospitals, long term care and assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, throughout the region to care for “patient’s” … wherever they call home! This week I’ll be joined by Caitlin Barden who will give us a look at the Lake Sunapee Region VNA’s Hospice program. Nancy Tripp will tell us about a SMA program to bring local students to see and hear the Boston Symphony Orchestra. She will join us again for a rundown of this year’s lineup for Summer Music Associates. And we’ll close with Katie Blake and Cathy Raymond as they request nominations for this year’s “Women Who Make A Difference” Program.
