We are again coming to you from the Tracy Memorial Library in New London where they believe the First Amendment mandates the right of all persons to free expression, and the corollary right to receive the constitutionally protected expression of others. Today Kate Neboli from the Library Art Center in Newport will tell us about a fun annual activity they do that you can be part of. Hanna Flanders will introduce the last in her series “Fresh Start Farms.” We’ll take a short tour of the new home to the Center for the Arts. And we’ll close with a rundown of fun things to do in Warner.
