“Yankee Chronicle” 10/5/23 presented by First Baptist Church of New London

Welcome to the Yankee Chronicle. Our show this week is presented by the Members and friends of the First Baptist Church who strive to work together to understand how we can be agents of God’s grace and redemptive healing in our world. Pastor Charles Glidewell will join us for a little background on the importance of this venerable institution to our community. Elise Bundy and Laurie Prewandowski along with a couple students will show us the Kearsarge Middle School STEM program flying Drones. We’ll hear from the team at MainStreet Warner Inc. moving forward in their renovation of the old Masonic Lodge Building as they make it another gathering place for entertainment and meetings in the area. And we’ll close with Kate Luppold from Newport’s Library Arts Center. She’ll give us a recap of this year’s Pie and Crafts Festival.
