Baseball: Windsor Hosts Richford in the VPA Playoffs

On Thursday afternoon, the Windsor Yellow Jackets baseball team hosted the Richford Falcons. Windsor came into the game with the 2nd overall seed and a record of 10 and 5 while Richford held the 15th seed with a winless record of 0 and 13. The Yellow Jackets were clearly the favorites but as we’ve seen before, anything can happen in baseball.

Congrats to Richford on their first win of the year as it could not have come at a better time. It was of course a stinging loss for the Jacks as they had high hopes for the season after winning it all in 2016.
