Another drug related arrest has taken place in Lebanon. 33 year old Matthew Clair of Lebanon was arrested on Wednesday by the Lebanon Police Department with assistance from the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Drug Task Force and New Hampshire Probation and Parole.
Clair was found with over two pounds of marijuana, a significant amount of mushrooms, and an undisclosed about of money. Clair faces 1 felony charge of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, one felony charge of possession of a controlled drug, one misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled drug, and one violation of possession drug paraphernalia.
Clair faced $5,000 on personal recognizance bail and is due in the Lebanon District Court on November 7th.
