NH Troopers Arrest Man in Connection to an August Road Rage Incident
New Hampshire State Police have concluded a two month investigation into a road rage incident that happened in Henniker back in August.
Chris Bonollo, 51 of Henniker was arrested on Monday October 10th and charged with criminal threatening and carrying a handgun without a license. On August 19th troopers received a report of a man allegedly pointing a firearm at another driver on the road. The driver who called in the incident told dispatch that the man was heading north on I-89 and troopers were able to locate the car and stopped Bonollo.
Bonollo said he did have a firearm in the car but denied to officers that he displayed the weapon to another vehicle and was released. But troopers continued the investigation and found a probable cause to arrest Bonollo and applied for an arrest warrant, leading to his arrest his week.
He was released on $7,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on December 2nd.
