Local Program Inspires Young Women to Pursue STEM

The Young Women in Engineering program is coming to the Claremont Community Center on October 18th,  giving local students a chance to be part of the incredible world of engineering, working with professional computer designers, scientists and engineers.  Students will take part in collaborating with other young women to discuss and solve problems using engineering principles. Some of the workshops are: BIO-ENGINEERING- MARINE ENGINEERING, STRUCTURAL, MECHANICAL, AND CIVIL ENGINEERING- and COMPUTER ANIMATION.
