Muster Field Farm Museum Holds 30th Annual Farm Days

This past weekend, the Muster Field Farm Museum in North Sutton held their 30th Annual Farm Days. People came from all over the area to see exhibitors spin wool and plane boards, as well as watch a blacksmith make door handles and many other exhibits that showed how people lived and worked on farms in years past.

Farm Days also offered hands-on exhibits where children and adults could hand dip candles, pound on a log to make strips for baskets, walk on stilts, or the ever-popular help make and eat homemade ice cream.

Muster Field Farm is a working farm museum that grows and sell vegetables in the summer and early fall. Upcoming events at the farm will be Harvest Day on October 2nd and Ice Day at the end of February in 2017.
