Newbury Town Administrator Offers Update on Fireworks Show

It doesn’t need to be July 4th to oogle and ogle at fireworks. Heck, they’re perfect for simply celebrating summer and the great weather. As you saw earlier this month on YCN News, Old Home Day in Newbury was wet but not a wash out. Because of the weather though, the spectacular fireworks were postponed. YCN caught up with the town administrator for an update.

We have so many fireworks around the 4th of July that it’s kind of nice to have some at the end of the month. By the way, we would like to note that Newbury has the only public beach on Lake Sunapee that is free and open to anyone along with their new outdoor exercise equipment. Check it all out when you go to the fireworks.
