Gov. Chris Christie Stumps in Newport

In Campaign 2016 news, which we can’t get enough of recently, New Jersey Governor and presidential candidate Chris Christie made a campaign stop at Village Pizza in Newport Thursday at lunch time.

During his visit, Christie shook hands, signed autographs, and had photos taken with area residents. Christie then spoke briefly to the local residents and thanked them for their support and hope that they will vote for him on February 9.

Christie had a town hall meeting earlier in the day in Keene and was headed to New England College for a town hall meeting later Thursday afternoon.
