In Lebanon, the city’s planning board on Monday approved a new housing unit on Route 120 near Centerra, that will house multiple families.
The Valley News reports that the board unanimously approved the site plan for the complex, which would bring a clubhouse and four buildings that would provide 120 apartments.
The site location is behind the existing Element hotel right near Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Centerra Parkway, on the North side of Route 120.
The development is part of the Altaria project, which includes the hotel, and is being completed by Anagnost, a Manchester-based construction and real estate firm.
Despite the project being approved, the board approved only 216 parking spaces which the developer claims is not enough to accommodate all of the complex’s residents and guests. The board will examine a list of proposed changes to the ordinance when it meets on January 25th.
