With winter fast approaching, Hanover New Hampshire has engaged a winter parking ban, which began yesterday. This parking ban decrees that no parking is allowed on all town streets and lots between midnight and 7:00 AM, every day of the week, until April 30th, as to allow for easier snow removal.
The town of Hanover is reminding drivers that if they park in these zones between the restricted hours, they will receive a ticket from the Hanover Police Department. Parking will still be available from midnight to 7:00 AM at the covered section of the parking garage, which is located at 7 Lebanon Street.
The parking garage can be accessed from in between Talbot’s and Noodle Station or by South Street, however parked cars must be removed by 7 in the morning or drivers will be charged. Again, the parking ban is in effect as of yesterday so keep it in mind if you are parking in Hanover.
