Following an investigation, on Friday in Claremont, police arrested 33-year old Pedro Rodriguez on felony warrants for four counts of sale of controlled drugs including two heroin sales, one crack cocaine, and one cocaine.
Additionally, Rodriguez is charged with operating after suspension and three counts of possession of controlled drugs with intent to distribute. After he was arrested, authorities executed a search warrant at two homes, one on Sullivan Street and the other on Mulberry Street.
The search at the Mulberry Street home prompted authorities to obtain a warrant for a home on High Street where police arrested 25-year old Ashley Lynn Stoodley for possession of heroin. Police report that the investigation turned up around 800 bags of heroin, around $10,000 cash, and stolen vehicle parts.
The investigation was spearheaded by the NH Attorney General’s Drug Task Force and the Claremont Police Department, with help from the State Police Special Weapons and Tactics Team.
Both Rodriguez and Stoodley were arraigned Monday in 5th Circuit Court in Claremont.
