Democratic candidate Bernie Sanders was in Lebanon New Hampshire this past Saturday. Sanders spoke to around 1000 people at Lebanon High School, with around 700 in the main gymnasium and slightly less than 300 in the overflow room. He was introduced by a few individuals, including a Dartmouth senior, a Lebanon High School junior, and the coordinator of the Upper Valley campaign office. Sanders spoke for about an hour, first addressing the overflow room, then speaking to the main audience and fielding questions from the audience about issues such as gun control and equality for all walks of life.
Sanders stayed in Lebanon after the gathering and went trick-or-treating with family members that live in the immediate area.
