Nine residents of Lebanon, New Hampshire were arrested Thursday as a result of a months-long investigation involving multiple local and state agencies. According to Lebanon Police, officers from the Grafton County Sheriff’s Department – along with agents from the Attorney General’s Drug Task Force – assisted their department with the arrests, which all carry at least one felony-level offense.
Those arrested range from 24 to 43 years old, with six male and three female. Lebanon Police say some of the individuals were arrested for on-site crimes committed in the presence of officers, including a charge of selling a controlled drug to 26-year-old Kevin Schneible, and the same charge to 39-year-old Robert Tobin.
Seven of the nine individuals were released on personal recognizance bail pending their arraignments, while 27-year-old David Aspen was held at the Grafton County House of Corrections, and 39-year-old Candice Allain remained at New Hampshire State Prison where she’s currently serving time for a previous sentence.
