A 32-year-old Lebanon man was indicted on six sex-related charges stemming from allegations he assaulted a disabled minor.
Jeremy Eaves was indicted by a Grafton County grand jury late last week, accused of assaulting the same child in Lebanon between March and July of this year. Eaves faces two felony counts of manufacturing child sexual abuse images, one felony count of endangering the welfare of a child, along with three misdemeanor counts of sexual assault.
According to court documents, the minor is under the age of 16 and has a disability that renders her incapable of making independent decisions as to whether or not to engage in sexual conduct.
Eaves – who has no prior record involving sexual assault – is being held at the Grafton County House of Corrections in North Haverhill on $50,000 cash bail, pending his November 9 arraignment.
