Springfield Woman Arrested for Domestic Assault Against Ex-Husband

Turning to Vermont news now, a Springfield woman was arrested Tuesday and charged with domestic assault and unlawful mischief after an alleged altercation with her ex-husband.

According to the police report, the arrest was made after a male victim identified as Donato Carrara came into the police station accusing his ex-wife of assaulting him and breaking his cell phone.

Officers observed several cuts and scratches on Carrara’s body, resulting in the eventual arrest of 36-year-old Serena Kenney. Kenney was issued a citation to appear in Windsor criminal court today to be arraigned on the two charges.
