Two Car Collision in Bethel Vermont Leaves Two in Hospital
BETHEL – A Springfield, Vermont man was airlifted to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center on Saturday after a two-car collision in Bethel.
According to police, 24-year-old Miles Fleming was traveling east along Route 107 when his 1996 Ford Ranger hit a 1993 Honda Accord driven by 28-year-old Joshua Cameron of Georgia, Vermont.
Both vehicles received extensive damage as a result of the impact between the front end of Fleming’s truck and the passenger side of Cameron’s car door.
Cameron was transported by ambulance to Gifford Medical Center, while Fleming was airlifted to DHMC due to the severity of his injuries. Bethel police were assisted on the scene by White River Valley Ambulance, South Royalton Rescue and Vermont State Police.
Police say the investigation into the crash remains ongoing, and are asking anyone with information to call the Bethel Police Department at the number listed below.
