Residents of Bellows Falls, Vermont will have to put up with a lack of power this coming weekend as part of planned outage facilitated by Green Mountain Power. The utility company said in a press release that it will turn off power to approximately 300 customers the morning of Sunday, September 13 to make upgrades on its lines and transistors.
The outage is expected to begin around 12:30 Sunday morning and last until about 4:30 a.m. Affected areas will include School Street, Cherry Hill, Church Place, Taylor Street and Griswold Drive, though you can visit www.GreenMountainPower.com for a complete list of affected streets.
Green Mountain Power also said in the release that in the case of inclement weather, they’ll postpone the work until September 20th.
