Three Injured in Charlestown in Vehicle Collision

Three people were injured Monday after a head-on-collision between a pair of vehicles on Route 12 in Charlestown, New Hampshire. Police say a 2005 Ford Freestyle driven by 62-year-old Steven Rheaume Jr., of Claremont, crossed the center line just after 3 p.m. Monday afternoon, where it struck an on-coming vehicle. Rheaume and his passenger, along with the driver of the second vehicle – Robert Peterson, of Acworth – were all transported to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injures.

No citations have been issued of yet, though the investigation into the crash remains ongoing. Charlestown Police are asking anyone with information on the accident to call 603-826-5747
